What type of data do we save?

Visitor data on our website is processed by the AWstats software. This serves the purpose of enabling you to use our web pages (establish a connection), and contributes towards system security, technical administration and optimisation of our online services. The visitor data collected by AWstats remains anonymous and is not used to personally identify any users. Visitor data is not combined with data from other data sources. Your IP address is not analysed.
How we use personal data
Personal data is information that can be used to learn your identity. In as far as our website includes the possibility to enter personal or business data (name, address, e-mail address, phone and fax number), the user expressly discloses this data on a voluntary basis.
If personal data is made available to us, for example in an enquiry, we will only use this data in order to reply to your enquiry and, if necessary, for further technical processing. We do not create personal user profiles. It is possible to substitute personal data with pseudonyms. In order to send you anything by mail, we require your address. If you wish to use our call back service, we need your name and telephone number and brief information about your request.
Do we save personal data?
Anonymous visitor data is automatically saved in the web server system of our host provider Sigmatics Software GmbH (www.sigmatics.net). If you contact us by e-mail, your personal data will be forwarded to the Mulco sales partner for your area. After forwarding this information, we will delete your email and thus any personal data.
Will your personal data be made available to third parties?
We do not make your personal data, including your home address and e-mail address, available to third parties.
Full data security for communication by email or the contact form cannot be guaranteed, therefore we recommend sending confidential information by post.
Your personal data will not be sold or rented out.
